Personal Vision of Leadership: To serve as a positive role model through supportive, hands-on, focused yet flexible guidance while providing a safe learning environment where students acquire academic skills while practicing good sportsmanship, collaboration, and ethical behavior and developing a sense of belonging, self-discipline, self-respect, and personal achievement; where effective faculty create nurturing and supportive classroom environments in which students feel safe, secure, and comfortable yet challenged by quality instructional programs which include a variety of methods for diverse learning styles utilizing affective networks and modification flexibility for varying zones of proximal development.
